Matthias Wagner studied Mechanical engineering/production technology at RWTH Aachen and RFH Cologne. He is working in the field of intellectual property law since 1996 and is partner of the firm since 2004.

 

Matthias Wagner is admitted to represent clients before the DPMA, EPO, EUIPO, WIPO and the UPC.

 

A quick and comprehensive understanding of technical and legal contexts and a careful cost/benefit assessment form the basis of Matthias Wagner´s work as a patent attorney.

 

In addition, Matthias Wagner is actively involved in the interests of the patent bar. He is an honorary judge of the Chamber for Patent Attorneys´ Matters at Munich Regional Court and a member of the board of the Association of Patent Attorneys in North Rhine-Westphalia (Vereinigung nordrhein-westfälischer Patentanwälte e.V.).
